The perfume is long since gone from being on display, and the store is still suspiciously breaking time and space, but you should be too distracted by your fellow shoppers and the lovely assistant.

It holds up one of its legs. "Uhh...I know that they're strong! And smart! And...they have a good connection with the Earth! So they're probably into flowers and recycling!"

... ... I. I think if I give something to track them down with that sort of description, you might be homing in on a good portion of the city.

"....how much of a portion?"

A 10 kilometer radius from what I have in mind.

"....that's too much! I have to find this person as soon as possible!"

*She frowns, thinking*

If you have any physical ideas of them... Or even anything spiritual you know about them... I don't think "good connection with the earth" is enough to narrow it down.

"Uhm...." It thinks really hard. "They'd have to be really strong, both physically and spiritually, to fight the bad guys that are coming!"

Headscratch. "That isn't specific enough, is it..."

No, that isn't... I would like to help, but... Hrm... *think think think. think think think. The whole "fight the bad guys" thing sorta has gone over her head.*

... Well, it could probably at least zone in on stronger spiritual auras... But there's quite a few...

"Oh...that might help...I guess it'd give me an idea, at least."

*... something occurs to her here, though.*

... Do you even have the money to... Pay for it?

Have you ever seen a butterfly make a deer-in-the-headlights look? Well, now you have.

*This is a learning experience! I'm experiencing many things and learning that butterflies can do that!*

... ... If you want, maybe I can come with to help you find them, instead. Would you know them if you saw them?

"Yeah, yeah! I know for sure I'd know them if I saw them!"

Then let's do that. One moment.

*She goes into the back. Around... Say, five minutes later, she comes back holding what looks to be a lightly colored wooden compass and dressed in something less kimono-y and more dress and blouse-y. She seems to write something on the back of the compass itself in pencil, and then turns it over.

... ... she turns it over again and writes another thing on there, and then positions it back in it's face-up position.*

Okay. This tends to work on the specifications written on it. It should at least home in on the closest person who is strong spiritually, if that is what you're looking for. It's a bit of trial and error, though, so I hope that you will know them when you see them.

It violates Suguru's personal space once again, getting a good look at the compass. "Wow, that's amazing!"

It tries to look underneath the compass to see what was written. "So it homes in on whatever you write!?"

*oh god my personal space. She seems to try to hide what it says. You can kinda see "strong spirit" though on there.*

Y-yes! It's up to the radius that I said. It aims at the person who is closest.

"....so if someone's name was on it, it would find them?"

Yes, but... ... Do you know their name?

*States that a bit like she's ready to be incredulous that you didn't point that out sooner if you say "yes"*

"Nuh uh."

Pause that's just a little too long.

"But I know the name of somebody who could help us find them!"

... Who, then?

"One of the other Tuners like me!" Pause. "But there's a lot of them...." It looks at the compass. "How much room is there on that?"

*there isn't a whole lot of space on it. It's a hand-sized compass*

... Enough at least for a few names, so it at least points to whoever is closest.

"Uhhh...there's the Allies of Justice! And the X-Sabers! And the Genex and the Flamvell and the Jurracs and the Dragunities..." It raises one of its legs with each mentioned name.

*raises one hand, waving it slightly*

Slow down, slow down! I can't write that many. Which do you think it should be?

It thinks for a moment.

"Uhm....the Allies of Justice! Definitely!"
