As a reminder, for those after our more specialty products, you must be registered with the Domino Police Force.

*she laughs slightly, before tilting her head in thought*

Well, I might be able to help, but let us start with the basics. What do you feel tends to make a good gift, when it comes to her? Anything at all? Do you feel flowers would well, or jewelry? Or even a practical item?

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 04:33 pm (UTC)(link)
Hmm, well, flowers and jewelry are things I've gotten her before, though she doesn't tend to wear a lot of jewelry. She like things like Chocolate cake, too.
I dunno, she might like something she can display in the apartment, or maybe something she can keep with her... something that'll hold a lot of sentimental value would be good, I guess?

... Perhaps a statue or a painting might be applicable? We do have some lovely artwork available.

A statue might be too big... unless you have some small ones? Maybe a painting though. Could you show me what kind of artwork you have?

Of course!

*Leads Juudai to near the back of the store, where there's a good number of statues there, generally varied, though a good number are Duel Monster in inspiration, along with paintings hanging on the wall. Some of them are huge, of course, and some are small-- especially the statues. But some are a more medium size and sizes in-between. There's even some Ice monster-related statues that seem almost made of ice, themselves.*

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 05:14 pm (UTC)(link)
*Juudai looks at them and seems especially drawn to the statues that almost look like they were made of ice*

Wow, these are so awesome!
Haaa, something tells me these are going to be a lot of money.

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 05:34 pm (UTC)(link)
*They're quite nice, yes. Glint wonderfully in the light. Many of them seem more based on dragons like Brionac, White Night Dragon, Trishula. But also on the spellcasters like Ice Master or Ice Queen, and especially those of Ice Barrier.*

The smaller statues of this material round out at around 4500 yen at the most-- mostly it will be the dragons that will cost that much due to the amount of detail put into them. Medium size statues round out at 7000 yen. Larger statues can get into the 10,000 to 20,000 range, if that helps. Normal statues tend to have a 1200 yen deduction to their price compared to these.

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 07:03 pm (UTC)(link)
*Juudai looks at the smallest ones, those seems to be more in his price range. He glances over them, they're all incredibly pretty and detailed, despite their size. He seems quite drawn to the more humanoid ones, like Ice Master, Ice Queen or Blizzard Princess if they have that one! Asuka might like one of these... though he's not sure which one to pick.*

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 09:02 pm (UTC)(link)
*Yes they have a Blizzard Princess! Complete with the ridiculous flail staff. She's a little bit more expensive compared to Ice Master and Ice Queen due to that, but she at least isn't the price of the dragons.

There's also stuff like Secret Guards of the Ice Barrier, Dance Princess of the Ice Barrier, the three Generals, all sorts. Even a Cold Enchanter near the Ice Master... Seems like there's a small note near those two that say you can get the both of them for the price of a dragon statue, since they go together.*

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
*Two for the price of one of the dragon statues is quite a good deal and they do look quite pretty next to each other. Juudai thinks for a moment and then nods to himself as he makes the decision.
He looks over to Suguru and points to the Cold Enchanter and Ice Master offer*

I think I'll take those two for her! I'm sure she'll like them!

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-08 11:31 pm (UTC)(link)
Wonderful choice! I'll wrap and box them up, and check them out for you then, alright?

*she carefully handles the two statues, walking to the counter and proceeding to do as she's said. They're together in one box, though wrapped separately. And then she checks them out*

That will be 4980 yen with the tax, alright?

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 07:34 am (UTC)(link)
Okay!

*He hands his card over to her to pay*

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 03:27 pm (UTC)(link)
*swipes it, prints out the two receipts, and hands them over and a pen for you to sign*

Here, just sign these, and you can be on your way after they are copied.

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 04:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Sure, no problem!

*Juudai signs them and then hands them back*

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 05:03 pm (UTC)(link)
*Copies are made, the boxes are put into a bag for you, and everything is handed over to you, with a smile*

I hope she enjoys those! She's very fortunate. I'm almost jealous.

[identity profile] i-like-red.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 06:04 pm (UTC)(link)
*Juudai takes the bag from her happily!*

I really hope she enjoys them too.
Anyway, thanks, Suguru!

*With that, he gives her a happy wave, before going to leave the shop*

[identity profile] gently-pricking.livejournal.com 2011-06-09 08:28 pm (UTC)(link)
You're welcome! Come again!

*He gives her a bit of a wave herself*
