Hrm, might I be able to request the assistance of some here? I have a few jobs both on world and off world that I'd need some help with.

::It's a rather nice spring and the shop has updated for the spring season. Though in the center aisle as usual is that large, creepy mirror that reflects weird stuff. Though perhaps you need some spring clothes, or perhaps spring Haiku, or prepare for graduation ceremonies at normal schools.

There is also of course the green house manned by my lovely assistant.::

Only in the cold? There might be some seeds that I have like that, since it's hard to truly cultivate them year-round without the proper environment, but... Is there any particular type of flower you like, miss?

Well...I guess if you must know. I'm doing just a quick routine look-around. Just making sure you guys aren't selling parts to "magical doomsday machines", to quote the main branch, as part of my work with the Special Investigations Department.

Nah. Upper branch harping on me to show I'm working on making sure magic items aren't harming everybody, yadda yadda.

The classic runaround you get from the paper-pushers at any main police branch, really. I don't think it's needed, but they say otherwise.

Of course, Labrinto is probably the best and brightest curiosity shop in Domino. But considering the state of the department, I'm getting a lot of 'not good enough's from my superiors. We've been run ragged by the Dark Mist case, and now with incidents falling off the map, we're getting a lot of threats of uselessness lobbed our way.

Don't get me wrong, I really wish they hadn't forced me to do this, but they want to see me work on something besides chasing ghosts. They're short-sided idiots who don't understand half the basics of this stuff, but at the end of the day they still hold the executioner's axe over SpecInv. Know what I mean, sir?

Forced requisition, travel to the 12 Dimensions, possibly dueling. Visiting rather lovely cities.

And yes. Sometimes money, other times, goods and credits or something else.

I'm really good at "forced requisition", as you put it. I'm good at dueling. I like traveling. And I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of the 12 Dimensions than just Makai.

I think I wouldn't mind taking part in this.
